Introducing Jane App Online Video Sessions!

Our clinic management software (Jane App) released an integrated video call feature earlier this week.  We are currently using Zoom but will be transitioning our clients to the fully integrated Jane App video platform this week.    

We have tested the integrated video platform offered through Jane App.  We are pleased there are no lags and no freezing.  We can adjust the video based on our internet connection so that we do not get disconnected.  Lastly, it is very user-friendly, simply requiring our clients to connect to their session at the click of a button in their reminder email or through their Jane account.  

This integrated video system is compliant with all relevant privacy legislation (such as PHIPA).  All data is encrypted in transit, and nothing is ever recorded or stored.  The data flows from one device to the next bypassing Jane’s servers altogether.  As an added bonus, our clients do not need to download anything to connect to their session! 

OCD North is moving to a fully secure, fully online system:  book online, pay online, treatment online.  It is how we help our clients best during a pandemic!
